12-Week OFF Program
The OFF program is a weight loss program for people focused on changing lifestyle habits.
The 12-week OFF weight-control program is taught by Registered Dietitians from the Health Department. It’s based on the book Outsmarting the Female Fat Cell by Debra Waterhouse and consists of consecutive weekly sessions focusing on a natural way of eating that works for your body, not against it.
OFF is typically offered once each year.
The class is open to people who live or work in Boone, Campbell, Grant and Kenton Counties. Cost for the class is $25, payable at the first session.
For more information about the support groups and OFF program, please contact Monica Smith or 859-363-2114.
