District Director of Health

The District Director of Health serves as the highly visible “face” of public health in Northern Kentucky but also serves in the important role as Chief Administrative Officer. The Director leads a combined workforce of 140 professionals, part-time staff and volunteers.

Interviews

If you have submitted your resume or application for a position, CareerBuilder should notify you that your application has been received. Health Department staff will contact you within 90 days to set up an interview if we determine that you are one of the best qualified for the position. If you do not hear from the Health Department within 90 days, you may wish to apply another time.

NKY Health Employment Applications

If you are scheduled for an interview, you will be required to complete the Health Department’s electronic employment application form in its entirety. Unless otherwise instructed, the electronic NKY Health Employment Application form must be completed at least one full business day prior to an interview. This is in addition to the application completed on the CareerBuilder website. Please allow sufficient time; most people need at least one hour to complete the form.
