This Year’s 127 Yard Sale – How to Stay Safe During COVID-19
FLORENCE, Ky. — As the 127 Yard Sale takes place on Thursday, August 6 through Sunday, August 9, the Northern Kentucky Health Department is reminding participants (sellers, browsers, and buyers) to follow all protective measures against COVID-19 in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Orders and Healthy at Work requirements.
Primary measures include:
- Social distancing – Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone not living in your same household.
- Wear a Face Covering – These should cover your mouth and nose to help prevent the spread of the virus through respiratory droplets.
- Keep hand sanitizer available so that it can be used frequently between hand washings.
- Do not handle items that you are not going to purchase.
These and additional steps are important to help protect you, your family, and all other participants from COVID-19 during this pandemic. For more information, please see https://nkyhealth.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/COVID-19-Yard-Sale-Guidance-8.5.2020-PDF.pdf
