Clinical Director: Pam Millay

Pamela Millay is the Director of Clinical Services at the Northern Kentucky Health Department.  She came to the Health Department in April from Redwood in Ft. Mitchell, KY, where she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer.  Pamela has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Thomas More College.  She earned a Juris Doctor at Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Pamela has a strong background in regulatory compliance and compliance monitoring as well as project management experience in the implementation of Redwood’s Electronic Health Records system.  As a nurse she has worked in health care administration and regulatory compliance, disability services, pediatrics, obstetrics and oncology.  Pamela Currently serves on the advisory board for the Area Health Education Center (AHEC), and has volunteered on the program committee at the Family Nurturing center and with the Boone County Jaycees and the Kentucky Jaycees.

A native of Florence, Kentucky, Pamela currently lives in Union with her son Ethan, her sister Shelli and Shelli’s son Joel.

Some of Pamela’s hobbies are Theater, which is her ultimate love and spending  time with family vacationing.
