Physical activity is key factor in preventing, managing diabetes
The Northern Kentucky Health Department (NKY Health) and Northern Kentucky Diabetes Coalition will host a series of four free “Taste of Activity” classes to introduce participants to different kinds of exercise. All sessions will be held from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesdays at Boone County Extension Enrichment Center (1955 Burlington Pike) and include:
- June 6: Sit and Be Fit: Cardio-sculpting
- June 13: Chair Yoga
- June 20: Cardio-Dance
- June 27: Strengthen Your Core: Middle Eastern Dance
