Free, Weight Management Support Sessions

The Health Department offers free weight management support sessions for past Outsmarting Female Fat 12-week program participants and Diabetes Prevention Program participants as well as for anyone that is interested in monthly support for their weight management.

Each session focuses on a weight management topic and goals and successes of those attending for motivation.

Participants can attend at any time, though it is optimal to attend monthly for the best control of your weight and to prevent future weight gain.

What to expect
The sessions include an optional weigh in, an open discussion to share challenges and goals for accountability, a celebration of successes for motivation and education on a weight management topic.
