Get practical tips to manage your diabetes. Diabetes educators from the Northern Kentucky Health Department are offering comprehensive education during a free class from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 19, at the Hebron Fire Protection District, 3120 North Bend Road, Hebron, Ky.
Registration is required. Lunch and a diabetes toolkit will be provided.
Topics will include: what is diabetes, healthy eating, preventing complications and more. The class will be led by a Registered Nurse/Certified Diabetes Educator and a Registered Dietitian from the Health Department.
